3rd Annual Taste of Jalisco Festival – This Saturday – February 10th

Come for the delicious Mexican-inspired food, enjoy a great line-up of LIVE Entertainment, sample some Tequila, meander through the Outdoor Market, bring the young ones to the free Kid Zone and stay for the Firework Finale at 9:00 pm at the 3rd Annual Taste of Jalisco Festival, presented by Sunniva, Inc., on Saturday, February 10th from 11 am to 9 pm in Downtown Cathedral City, 68-600 East Palm Canyon Drive. Free admission. Free parking.

The festival celebrates the sister city relationship between the cities of Cathedral City, California (USA) and Tequila, Jalisco (Mexico) through music, fashion, spirits, culture and cuisine. It is a time to recognize the strength in our diversity, appreciate our similarities, and expand our diplomatic commitment to improving the lives of both cities’ residents.

Highlights include LIVE entertainment all day with a headline performance by Los Tiranos del Norte and emceed by Sammy Bernal (La Poderosa 96.7 FM) and Ernesto Mota. The festival kicks-off at 11:00 am with a ballet folklorico dance group followed by an Aztec dance group dressed in their native and ceremonial attire. Children will have the time of their lives playing in the free Kid Zone with multiple bouncy houses and a chance to win a free bike every hour until the kid zone ends at 5 pm.

Music, fashion, spirits, culture and cuisine are the ingredients to an exceptional event!

We’ve had a tremendous amount of interest for this festival via social media, so do not wait if you want a reserved table. Attendees can reserve a table of eight people for the evening concerts and firework show between 5 pm and 9 pm. This new feature allows you to dance, shop, eat, and converse without the worry of losing your seat. Tables can be purchased at www.TasteOfJalisco.com.
