Cathedral City's Garden Program Makes the Cover of Western City Magazine

Cathedral City’s Garden Program made the cover of Western City magazine’s April 2016 edition. Western City magazine is a monthly publication provided by the League of California Cities to elected city officials and city department heads that provides lively, interdisciplinary analyses of issues affecting local governance along with practical ideas, information and bigger-picture policy issues and trends.

The Cathedral City Garden Program was developed to educate the community on eating healthy and a path to a sustainable lifestyle.  The City’s Environmental Conservation and Public Works Manager, Deanna Pressgrove, has been in collaboration with the Palm Springs Unified School District and the local Boys and Girls Club for the success of the program.
