“Journey to the Center of the Earth” – This Week’s Film for the Cathedral City’s Free Summer Kids Film Series

With summer temperatures still hanging around 110 degrees, there is no better way to stay cool than to attend the Cathedral City Free Summer Kids Film Series. This week’s film, “Journey to the Center of the Earth” stars Brendan Fraser and sold more than $242 million in tickets during its 2008 release.

More than 1,200 parents and children have attended the first eight weeks of the Film Series. Many parents will bring towels and swimsuits with them so the kids can play in the Fountain of Life following the movie to make it a full day of fun.

Join us this Friday, August 11, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. for the free film series at the Mary Pickford Theatre. Get your free Priority Line Pass at any of the following four locations in Cathedral City:

Cathedral City Public Library, 33520 Date Palm Drive
La Michoacana Ice Cream Parlor, 27765 Landau Blvd., Suite #106
Sonic Drive-In, 30-777 Date Palm Drive
