The Cathedral City Public Arts Commission plans to create a directory of local artists that live or work in the city limits. This future directory may be listed on the commission’s website as a resource for residents or visitors looking to find a particular type of artist or studio.
In addition, the directory will be utilized to invite artists to future Public Art Commission events. Future art events include a local artists exhibit at the Cathedral City Arts Museum located in City Hall. Another future event in the planning will be a Cathedral City Artists’ Open Studio Tour during spring 2019.
