CATHEDRAL CITY, CA [January 10, 2022] The City of Cathedral City has been notified that crews will be making upgrades to the traffic signals at the intersection of East Palm Canyon Drive and West Buddy Rogers Avenue on Wednesday, January 12, 2022 from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm and at the intersection of East Palm Canyon Drive and Cathedral Canyon Drive on Thursday, January 13, 2022 from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. The traffic signals will be in Red Flash Mode causing all four directions of traffic to stop before proceeding. The work will create significant traffic delays at these intersections for all affected roads. Motorists should use an alternative route such as Dinah Shore Drive or Perez Road for east and west travel and Date Palm Drive for north and south travel.
