DESCRIPTION:“City Hall at Your Corner” Returns In-Person with Parks Improvements Update on Thursday\, April 27\, 2023\, at 11 A.M.\n\nMeet city staff and learn about Cathedral City’s planned parks improvements at the next “City Hall at Your Corner” on Thursday\, April 27\, 2023\, from 11 a.m. to noon. \nThe in-person event is free and will be located at the shade structures at Panorama Park\, 28905 Avenida Maravilla\, Cathedral City\, CA 92234. \nCouncilmembers Raymond Gregory and Ernesto Gutierrez will host the event for an informal discussion of issues in Cathedral City. \nImproving the quality of Cathedral City’s outside spaces remains a top priority for the City Council. One of the key components that makes parks and outdoor facilities so special is that they’re free for the public to use and provide memorable gathering places for families and people of all ages and backgrounds. \nA total of 9 community parks are located within Cathedral City’s boundaries and there’s another on the horizon. City parks and outdoor open space improve our physical and psychological health\, strengthen communities\, and make our neighborhoods more attractive places to live\, work and play. \n“City Hall at Your Corner” is scheduled at different times of the day to make it accessible to a variety of schedules.
