DESCRIPTION:The City of Cathedral City Public Arts Commission presents its inaugural Festival of the Arts\, a free outdoor celebration of local and regional creativity at the Cathedral City Community Amphitheater. \nDozens of artists will display and sell original work spanning a remarkable range of disciplines — from oil paintings\, acrylics\, and abstract canvases to digital art\, photography\, fiber arts\, handcrafted ceramics\, fused glass\, and mixed-media pieces. Whether you’re an avid collector or simply love experiencing art\, you’ll find something that speaks to you. \nLive jazz and blues performances by Grammy-nominated Yve Evans and friends will run throughout the day on the amphitheater stage\, with music sponsored by Tastes & Sounds of Cathedral City.
