DESCRIPTION:Riverside County will offer COVID-19 testing during a mobile location at Northgate Church\, 30010 Date Palm Drive in Cathedral City on Friday\, November 20\, 2020 from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm.  You can schedule an appointment by click on http://bit.ly/Northgate112020 or find other locations and times at https://gettested.ruhealth.org.  You may also call (800) 945-6171 to schedule by phone.  Walk-ups are accepted but may experience long wait times without an appointment.  Testing is available to anyone with or without symptoms. \n  \nAll residents are encouraged to get tested\, which helps public health officials identify cases and ultimately slow the spread of the virus by more effectively isolating those who are COVID positive so they can recover without passing the virus to others. Testing is for everyone\, regardless of immigration status\, insurance\, or whether one has symptoms or not. There is no charge to the individual; however\, please bring your insurance card with you as Riverside County will bill your insurance provider.  There is no co-pay being charged to the actual test taker. \n  \nThese mobile testing sites supplement the county-operated testing site at the Riverside County Fairgrounds in Indio\, and state-operated testing sites in Desert Hot Springs and Indio. Riverside County residents can also get tested at pharmacies\, community health centers\, nonprofit health clinics\, hospitals\, private testing sites and urgent cares.
