Following this historical journey\, we’ll present the classic 1963 film “Palm Springs Weekend\,” which was actually filmed right here in Cathedral City at the Desert Palms Inn\, showcasing our city’s early role in Hollywood history. \nThis milestone event celebrates our community’s rich heritage and the foundation that built the Cathedral City we know and love today. All attendees will receive exclusive 100th anniversary commemorative items as a memento of this historic occasion. \nJoin fellow residents\, history enthusiasts\, and community leaders for this unique opportunity to reflect on our past and celebrate the foundation that built the Cathedral City we know and love today.
