DESCRIPTION:The Cathedral City Senior Center is hosting the first of the season Health & Wellness Fairs for Seniors.   The event is Friday\, Sept. 13 from 9 am to 12 noon.  No cost flu shots with most insurances for Senior Citizens will be provided by Walgreens to those who attend as well as blood pressure checks and other health related offerings. \nIn addition\, over 30 table top exhibitors will be on hand to provide information about their products or services.  \n         The Cathedral City Senior Center is a nonprofit organization – 501 (c)(3) and is located at 37-171 West Buddy Rogers Ave. in Cathedral City\, CA 92234.  Call 760-321-1548 for more information.

SUMMARY:Back to School Bingo
DESCRIPTION:The Cathedral City Senior Center and the Palm Springs Chapter of the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence are cooperating to get more school supplies for Cathedral City elementary school students.  They’re particularly interested in having more back packs and other supplies like notebooks\, pens\, pencils\, markers\, etc.  The collection boxes will be located in the Cathedral City Senior Center’s Lobby at 37171 W. Buddy Rogers Avenue in Cathedral City starting the Tuesday after Labor Day (Sept. 3).  Also\, the supplies can be brought the night of the event which is Friday\, September 13\, 2019 at 6 pm promptly. \nTo play BINGO the charge is $20 for six games plus a 50/50.  These are all cash prizes.  Refreshments will be available. \nThe Cathedral City Senior Center is just across HWY 111 from The Cathedral City City Hall and Fountain of Life.
