“Mexico Lindo” Coming to Cathedral City during the Taste of Jalisco Festival

The 6th Annual Taste of Jalisco Festival in Downtown Cathedral City will have an amazing headline performance at the new outdoor Cathedral City Community Amphitheater entitled, “Mexico Lindo” performed by Ballet Folklorico de Los Angeles (BFLA) and Mariachi Garibaldi de Jaime Cuéllar.  These two professional ensembles teamed up in 2017 to recreate “Tale as Old as Time” from Disney’s Beauty and the Beast and received over 15 million views.  BFLA also received international acclaim for their 90th Annual Academy Awards performance for the Disney’s Pixar movie, “Coco.” They continued the LIVE production of Disney’s “Coco” at the Hollywood Bowl in 2019.

“Mexico Lindo” is a glorious musical journey that tells the stories of Mexico’s musical traditions through chorography and colors! Now, you can see this special performance, one night only, at the Taste of Jalisco Festival in Cathedral City on Saturday, February 12, 2022 starting at 5:00 pm.
