As the name describes it, Southern Belle Café is one of the best “southern food” restaurants west of the Mississippi river. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they have temporarily shifted their role from dine-in restaurant to strictly delivery as they provide three nutritious meals a day to our local seniors at no-cost to them.
