Three Senior Center Events Not to Be Missed

“The Golden Age of Musicals – 1940s to 1960s” – May 14th

 

This popular series by Stephen Radosh continues on Tuesday, May 14 at the Cathedral City Senior Center.  Stephen is a stage producer, director, actor, singer, dancer now living in the Coachella Valley.  He presents video clips and dialogue from the

‘best of the best” musicals on Broadway during the 40s through 60s.  The event starts at 5:30 pm and runs to 7:00 pm.  The event is free and open to all.  The Senior Center is located at 37171 W. Quarterly Rummage Sale at the Cathedral City Senior Center – May 18th

The Cathedral City Senior Center hosts one of its quarterly rummage sales on Saturday, May 18 from 8 am to 12 noon.  All monies collected go directly to the Senior Center and are used for center operations.  We’re accepting gently used donations as well. The CC Senior Center is located at 37171 W. Buddy Rogers Ave., across Hwy 111 from the Civic Center Complex.  Call 760-321-1548.  www.CathedralCenter.org

 

 

SAVE THE DATE – Rockin’ Sock Hop – June 14th

Come dressed to listen and dance to the music from the 50’s and 60’s and enjoy hot dogs provided by Sonic Drive-in and ice cream sodas.  Each item is only 25 cents.  Join all the hip cats and dolls who will be participating in the rocking 50/50 raffle.  Presented by and benefitting the Cathedral City Senior Center.  No RSVPs needed.
