MyCathedralCity
Streetlight not working…graffiti on a wall…trash or tires dumped on a vacant lot. You may have seen these and other issues in your neighborhood and wondered how to report this issue or who in the City to report it to. Announcing MyCathedralCity, the City’s online request, and reporting system, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Issues can be reported on a variety of topics including:

- Broken Curbs or Sidewalks
- Inoperative Vehicles
- Animal Control
- Traffic Signal Outage
- Streetlights

- Illegal Dumping
- Shopping Carts
- Landscaping
- Vacation Rentals (STVRs)

- Abandoned Structures

MyCathedralCity is available for download on both iPhone and Android from the Apple or Google Play stores or you may submit requests through the City’s website (“Report an Issue”) at www.cathedralcity.gov. Requests may be submitted anonymously (on the app), include attachments such as pictures, and the system can utilize GPS technology to identify the location. Requests are automatically routed to the correct City department for immediate addressing of the issue.
