The Perez Art District resumes its beloved tradition of 4th Friday art walks from 4:00 to 7:00 PM. Dubbed the “SoHo of the desert,” the district features over 50 established, mid-career, and emerging artists working in their studios and galleries throughout buildings A, C, H, and I, as well as the 68929 building.

The free, public event attracts collectors and art enthusiasts from around the world, offering visitors the opportunity to meet artists, view works in progress, and purchase pieces directly from creators. Many studios also remain open year-round from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM Thursday through Saturday.

A Thriving Arts Destination

The Perez Art District continues to establish Cathedral City as a premier arts destination in the Coachella Valley. With its concentration of galleries, studios, and creative spaces along Perez Road, the district offers an immersive experience where visitors can witness the creative process firsthand and engage directly with the artists who make Cathedral City “Where Art Lives.”

The September 26th art walk marks the beginning of a new season of monthly celebrations, with subsequent walks scheduled for the fourth Friday of each month through the year.
