Join Councilmember Rita Lamb and the Cathedral City Fire & EMS Department for a free community event focused on disaster readiness!

Learn how to respond to an emergency, such as an earthquake, and what items you’ll need in your preparedness kit before, during, and after a disaster. Each household will learn how to build their own emergency kit and understand why each item was selected.

Free emergency kits will be distributed while supplies last, thanks to our sponsors Target, Lowe’s, and Home Depot.
