NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION
The City Council of Cathedral City awarded a construction contract to Riverside Construction Company in the amount of $3,884,603 for the construction of the Cathedral Canyon Drive Sidewalks and Multiuse Trail and Date Palm Drive Expansion Projects.
Starting April 15, 2024, Riverside Construction Company will be constructing improvements along Date Palm Drive from East Palm Canyon Drive to Perez Road. Improvements will include the widening the east side of Date Palm Drive to construct sidewalk and install a bicycle lane. The bridge over the North Cathedral Channel will be widened.
The construction hours will be from 7:00AM to 5:40PM, Monday through Friday.
The City of Cathedral City will do our best not to inconvenience residents and normal business operations. The City appreciates your cooperation and patience during the construction of this Project.
