The City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, June 1, 2020 at 11:00 am to discuss the need to continue, modify or remove Emergency Order 2c, a prohibition on Short-Term Lodging Facilities until June 19, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Special Meeting requires public comment via electronic correspondence or telephone.
Submit your public comment to the City Council electronically. Material may be emailed to email@example.com. Transmittal prior to the start of the meeting is required. Any correspondence received during or after the meeting will be distributed to the City Council and retained for the official record.
You may provide telephonic comments by calling the City Clerk’s Office at (760) 770-0322 no later than 9:00 a.m. to be added to the public comment queue. At the appropriate time, a staff member will call you so that you may provide your public testimony to the City Council.
Please take note, all comments whether verbal or written will be limited to 3 minutes. Once the three minutes have expired the comments will end.
