The City Council held a Special Meeting on Monday, June 1, 2020 at 11:00 am and voted unanimously to affirm Emergency Order 2c, a prohibition on Short-Term Lodging Facilities.  The Council also voted on two amendments that will be part of a new order, Emergency Order 2d, which will extend the prohibition from June 19, 2020 to June 24, 2020.   This prohibits the marketing, leasing or renting of short-term lodging facilities with several exceptions.  The City Council also voted on a second amendment to suspend for one year any license that violates this order.
