Join Councilmember Rita Lamb, Councilmember Ernesto Gutierrez, and the Cathedral City Fire Department for an Emergency Preparedness – Grab & Go Event on Saturday June 7th at Agua Caliente Elementary School.

This event will provide information on how to respond to an emergency, such as an earthquake, and what items you will need in your preparedness kit during and after an emergency. Each household will learn how to make their own emergency kits and why each item was selected for the kit. Free emergency kits will be available while supplies last, thanks in part to our sponsors Target, Lowe’s and Home Depot.
