Join us for this FREE event to hear all about Fall Prevention from Desert Care Network surgical/medical Residents, healthcare providers, including Orthopedic coordinators, and your Cathedral City Fire Department. Learn safe medicine practices, practical tips to help fall-proof your home, steps to prevent fall-related injuries and the importance of gait and grip strength.
Two one-hour sessions will be presented: English, 1-2 p.m. and Spanish, 2-3 p.m.
