Great Crowd of Kids Attend the Free Summer Kids Film Series – This Week’s Film is Dreamworks’ “Home”

The crowds continue to grow each week as 177 moms, dads, and children came this past Friday to the Cathedral City Kids Summer Film Series at the Mary Pickford Theatre to watch the film, “Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Road Chip,” for free. Special thanks go to the volunteers (pictured are Mel Webster, Laurie Holk and Community Events Commissioners Valerie Schechter and Thommy Kocan, and the Mary Pickford General Manager Ted Hane; not pictured Public Arts Commissioner Alan Carvalho) who helped in making the event possible and operated smoothly.

Join us this Friday, July 21, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. for the free film series featuring the animated hit by Dreamworks, “Home.” Get your free Priority Line Pass at any of the following four locations in Cathedral City:

Bambino’s Pizzeria, 69040 E Palm Canyon Drive, Suite #A (Near Big Lots)
Cathedral City Public Library, 33520 Date Palm Drive
La Michoacana Ice Cream Parlor, 27765 Landau Blvd., Suite #106
Sonic Drive-In, 30-777 Date Palm Drive

Limited seating. You may still attempt to go to the film series without a Priority Line Pass, but you will be placed in a standby line. Once the Priority Line Pass section is empty, those waiting in the standby line will be admitted if seats are still available.
