The Cathedral City Soccer Park is popular with local youth and is a hub of family activity during the soccer season. The Park is surrounded by a fitness walking track complete with exercise stations. Neighborhood parks dot the City. The American Youth Soccer Organization is strong, successful and growing in the City which also boast Junior League Football and Little League Baseball and the Desert Aquatics.

Primary and Secondary education is provided through the Palm Springs Unified School District and several private schools. Cathedral City High School is at the heart of school programs and is particularly proud of its athletic and music programs. Not far away is the College of the Desert and University of San Bernardino Desert Campus.

The Public Arts Commission invites residents and visitors of Cathedral City to view the growing collection of Public Art throughout our city.

The Public Arts Commission proudly presents its Live Arts Concerts series featuring unique concerts during the calendar year – all free to the public.

Public Art in Cathedral City is made possible through Public Arts funds and private donations. A percentage of development fees are put into the public arts fund which cannot be used for any other purpose.

The community has many churches and non-profit organizations. Many of these groups come together annual for the Youth Festival and the Wheels for Kids Bicycle give-away in Town Square with loads of activities, games and fun.

Cathedral City is well connected! It is central to all the activities available in the Coachella Valley. It is minutes away from the Palm Springs International Airport with easy connections to Canada and all parts of the US.

Los Angeles, with all the shopping and culture it has to offer, is only two hours away.

Cathedral City is affordable and close to all the action. Who could ask for more?
