Mayor Aguilar Presented an Economic Update for the Chamber of Commerce’s Town Hall

The Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce held its 4th Annual All Valley Mayors and Tribal Chairs Town Hall today to provide an update to the business community on what each city and the valley as a whole have been doing during this pandemic.  Mayor Aguilar offered the following video that captures the significant steps Cathedral City has taken and the major projects that are underway to boost our economic footprint in the near future.

It is important as businesses begin to reopen that all of us do our individual part to protect our families and slow the spread of the coronavirus by wearing a facial covering, washing our hands often, and social distancing between others outside of our immediate households.  If we let our guards down and the virus begins to spike again, then it puts our businesses at risk of shutting down once more.  Together, we can make our way through this pandemic until a vaccine or treatment is readily available.
