National League of Cities Service Line Warranty Program Hits the Mailboxes in Cathedral City
In the past week or so, you may have received in the mail a City letter informing you of the National League of Cities Service Line Warranty Program administered by Utility Service Partners, Inc. The warranty program, offered to more than 100 cities nationwide, helps residents potentially save thousands of dollars on the high cost of repairing broken or leaking water or sewer lines from the connection point with their utility to inside of their homes. This is a voluntary program offered to residents through a reputable company trusted by the National League of Cities.
NLC Service Line Warranty Program offers affordable solutions for residents that do not have money set aside for unexpected utility line repairs. This program offers a low-cost warranty that will cover the expense of repairs, with no deductibles, service fees or lifetime or annual coverage caps. The work is performed by licensed, local plumbers who will contact the customer within one hour of filing a claim, and perform the line repair typically within 24 hours. A hotline is available 365 days a year 24/7.
Again, this warranty program is voluntary. You are under no obligation to enroll in the program. It is an option for those who deem the service warranted for their individual circumstances.
