Outdoor Dining at Restaurants May Have LIVE Performances

When the governor recently lifted the most restrictive Stay-at-Home order one notable change being reported today is that restaurants may now have LIVE performances, such as musical and comedy acts.  The State is requiring that the LIVE performers keep at least a twelve-foot distance from spectators if they are not wearing a face mask and are singing, shouting, playing a wind instrument or engaging in similar activities.  It is reported that additional performance guidelines will be forthcoming from the State soon.
