Tastes & Sounds of Cathedral City Returns for Spring 2026 Season

Free weekly concert series runs Feb. 10 through April 7 at Community Amphitheater

The City of Cathedral City’s Communications & Events Division proudly presents the spring 2026 season of Tastes & Sounds of Cathedral City, a free weekly food and music event held every Tuesday from 5-7:30 p.m. at the Cathedral City Community Amphitheater, Feb. 10 through April 7, 2026.

Each week will feature a local artist performing while a local restaurant or food truck provides dinner. Visitors can enjoy culinary experiences while listening to live music in a beautiful outdoor setting. The series is free and open to the community and is a great way to connect with others while enjoying great food and music.

Now in its third season, Tastes & Sounds has become one of Cathedral City’s signature community programs. The series launched in February 2024 and has grown to include both fall and spring programming, drawing record crowds of more than 2,000 attendees to certain performances.

“Tastes & Sounds has truly become a passion project that’s exceeded every expectation,” said Ryan Hunt, Communications & Events Manager. “Seeing thousands of people come together at our amphitheater, watching families enjoy an evening together – it’s exactly what we envisioned when we started this journey. The community response has been incredible, and we’re just getting started.”

The spring 2026 lineup features a diverse mix of local favorites, tribute acts and community showcases:

  • Feb. 10: Radio Ready with food by Fat Boy Tacos and El Reaper Chicken
  • Feb. 13: Tejano Night (Thursday, 6-10 p.m.) with food by Yogies Tacos, Birrieria Sinaloa and Henry’s Churros
