CONE ZONE ALERT: Construction Scheduled for Perez Road Bike Lane Project

Union Pavement Services will be working on Sunday, October 26, 2025, as part of the ongoing Perez Road Class IV Separated Bike Lanes Project.

What to Expect

Construction crews will be working on Perez Road between Cathedral Canyon Drive and Date Palm Drive on Sunday, October 26 from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

The project includes removal of existing striping, asphalt crack seal treatment, installation of rubberized emulsion aggregate slurry (REAS) to improve the asphalt surface, new striping layout, and the installation of physical separation between vehicles and bicycles.

Regular Construction Schedule

Outside of this Sunday work, construction will take place during normal hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

The project is expected to be completed by November 15, 2025.
