Host Conrad Angel Corral recently visited The Jasper, a brand-new luxury apartment community located at 68550 Grove Street, Cathedral City, CA 92234, in the heart of Downtown Cathedral City. Developed by Silver Rock Development Inc., the 19-unit community brings new housing to the downtown core, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and entertainment.

Mayor Pro Tem Ernesto Gutierrez and Councilmembers Christina Gordon, Rita Lamb and Nancy Ross attended and welcomed the community to Cathedral City. Representatives from the Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce presented certificates of recognition to mark the occasion.
The project reflects the City’s ongoing efforts to attract investment and support new growth downtown. Through initiatives like Cathedral City IGNITE, the Economic Development team continues to champion projects that bring new housing opportunities and help revitalize the community.
