Cello’s, An American Bistro, Announces Its Special “Cuisine & Art Tuesdays” Menu for July 7th
Chef Bonnie Barkley at Cello’s, an American Bistro, has created a special 3- Course menu featuring the restaurant’s signature dish: Chicken Caprese (lightly breaded chicken breast topped with fresh caprese salad: tomatoes, mozzarella, basil). Other entree choices include Black Mussels in a white wine garlic broth, tomatoes and Spanish Chorizo with crusty bread; Braised Short Rib Ragu served with bow tie pasta; or Chicken Caesar with Romaine or Baby Kale.
Appetizer choices include Beet Salad, Caesar Salad, or Soup du Jour. Don’t forget to save room for dessert with a choice of Brownie, Chef’s choice gelato or sorbet, or Bonnie Carrot Cake.
