“Dinner with Patsi” Raises $2,321 for Police Officers Association

The July “Dinner with Patsi” held at the Runway Restaurant and Bar raised $2,321.00 for the Cathedral City Police Officers Association.  Police Officer Brian Barkley accepted the funds raised by the community who simply throw their loose change into Patsi’s hat to support wonderful programs in Cathedral City.  This month’s funds will go to support charity programs organized by the police officers including helping the homeless and the annual holiday program called “Shop with a Cop”.  This annual event happens at Target in Cathedral City where police officers shop with disenfranchised youth to buy presents for the holidays.

The next “Dinner with Patsi” will occur on Wednesday, August 18th from 5 pm to 8 pm at Tortilla’s Mexican Restaurant located at 32123 Cathedral Canyon Drive.  Money donated in August will go to the Cathedral City Senior Center.
