Earn a stipend per test you conduct, plus mileage.
(Testers are on call and work on an intermittent basis. No prior experience necessary.)
Qualified individuals must have: no affiliation with the housing provider industry, reliable, insured transportation and driver’s license, and availability of 3-4 hours for each test during business hours (M-F, 8-5). Individuals of all ages (over 18 years), races, and nationalities are needed. A background check will be conducted.
