Hall of Flowers Trade Show a Major Boom to Cathedral City

Were you wondering what was going on at the former Burlington Coat Factory building or why hundreds of cars were parked on a vacant lot near the new Agua Caliente Casino?  It was all due to the Hall of Flowers, a trade show for the emerging and thriving cannabis industry. The two-day event started on Wednesday, December 8 and ends on Thursday, December 9, 2021 at 7 pm.

The first-class event was geared towards those who work in the industry with companies showcasing their products and services to the thousands of industry attendees.  Inside, rows and rows of hi-tech, holistic, and spa-like booths filled the 84,000 square feet convention space.  No product usage was allowed indoors.  Outdoors, the trade show offered a park-like atmosphere as they covered a parking lot with artificial turf, added café lights, and had giant pillows to relax and catch up on your mobile phones or tablets.  It also featured a beautifully designed food-truck food court with plenty of tables, chairs, and umbrellas.  Attendees could sample products outdoors, but the event had a special air neutralizing system that prevented the cannabis odor from lingering or escaping the trade show area.

The design, atmosphere, and cleanliness of the event would be equivalent to any first-class Silicon Valley trade shows.
