Two city council district elections were held on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 for Districts 1 and 2. In District 1, two candidates qualified for the election – City Councilmember Rita Lamb and Alan Carvalho. In District 2, two candidates qualified for the election – Nancy Ross and JR Corrales. The candidate who receives the most votes in each district will win the election and serve a four-year term on the city council. The following are the unofficial vote counts for these two races:
District 1:

District 2:

JR Corrales 374
Once Riverside County Registrar of Voters has completed its count of the votes and certifies the election, then the winning candidates will be sworn into office at a Special Council Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 5:30 pm.
