Mosquito Spraying Scheduled for the West Side of Cathedral City Starting Tuesday

The City has received notice from the Coachella Valley Mosquito and Vector Control District that they will conduct truck-mounted ultra-low volume (ULV) applications to combat West Nile Virus starting Tuesday and lasting through Thursday.

WHERE: The application areas are within the boundaries of Dinah Shore Drive, Cathedral Canyon Drive, Palm Canyon Drive, and Gene Autry Trail (see route map photo).

WHEN: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, August 13-15, 2019. Applications are planned between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., weather permitting, but could take place anytime between 8:00 p.m. (the evening prior) and 8:00 a.m.
