New Staybridge Suites Hotel Is Near Completion
Nearly 10 years in the making, the new Staybridge Suites Hotel, part of the International Hotel Group, on the west side of Cathedral City, 67711 30th Avenue, is near completion. Located adjacent to the Cimarron Golf Course, the 200+ room hotel offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites, each complete with a kitchenette, flat screen television, super comfortable beds with quality linens, and free internet. Guests will be wowed by the breathtaking view of the hotel’s great room looking out towards the majestic San Jacinto Mountains while enjoying a free daily hot breakfast or free happy hour service on Monday thru Wednesday nights. Other hotel amenities include a beautiful outdoor swimming pool, bbq grills, free laundry, large fitness center, and snack pantry.
The hotel will bring new revenue through the Transient Occupancy Tax and jobs to Cathedral City. More than seventy full-time construction workers have been building the hotel during this past year and crews are finishing the interior work.
