The City of Cathedral City’s Citizen Self Service Portal will be temporarily unavailable for scheduled maintenance to improve system performance and user experience.
Maintenance Schedule:
- Start: Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 11:00 PM
- End: Thursday, June 19, 2025 at approximately 8:00 AM

- Permit submissions
- Plan review applications
- All Citizen Self Service Portal functions
What This Means for You: During the maintenance window, residents and businesses will not be able to access online licensing, permitting, and plan application services through the City’s self-service portal.
Alternative Options: For urgent matters during the maintenance period, please contact City Hall directly at (760) 770-0340 or visit us in person at 68-700 Avenida Lalo Guerrero, Cathedral City.
