Special City Council Meeting to Appoint Commissioners – Tuesday, June 30, 8:00 am

The City Council will hold a special meeting on Tuesday, June 30, 2020 starting at 8:00 am to interview applicants and consider making appointments for the vacant seats on the Finance Advisory Committee, Public Arts Commission, Parks and Community Events Commission, Architectural Review Committee and the Planning Commission.

 

During a Special Meeting the public may comment on items listed on the agenda only. Please submit your public comment to the City Council electronically. Material may be emailed to cityclerk@cathedralcity.gov. Transmittal by Monday, June 29, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. is required. Any correspondence received after the deadline will be distributed to the City Council and retained for the official record.

 

You may provide telephonic comments by calling the City Clerk’s Office at (760) 770-0322 no later than Monday, June 29, 2020 at 4:00 p.m. to be added to the public comment queue. At the appropriate time, a staff member will call you so that you may provide your public testimony to the City Council.

 

Please take note, all comments whether verbal or written will be limited to 3 minutes. Once the three minutes have expired the comments will end.
