Check out the latest episode of CCTV’s “The Art of Cathedral City” — and it’s all about Cathedral City’s newest arts tradition!
Host Conrad Angel Corral sits down with two very special guests: Assistant City Manager Anne Ambrose and Public Arts Commission Vice Chair Rick Travis for a preview of the inaugural Cathedral City Festival of the Arts — happening this Saturday!
The festival takes place Saturday, March 28, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Cathedral City Community Amphitheater, and it’s shaping up to be a landmark day for arts and culture in our community.
The festival will showcase up to 50 artists, with children’s activities, food trucks, and free parking — plus Grammy-nominated Yve Evans performing jazz and blues throughout the day, sponsored by Tastes & Sounds of Cathedral City.
The City of Cathedral City’s Public Arts Commission created the festival to promote artists and artisans, provide them a venue to display, sell, and share their handmade work, and expose adults and children to a wide array of fine art, handmade crafts, and educational opportunities. Cathedral City is truly Where Art Lives.
