The November “Dinner with Patsi” held at Sunshine Café in Cathedral City raised nearly $825.00 for the Cathedral City Professional Firefighters Association (CCPFA). Members of the association accepted the funds raised by the community who simply throw their loose change into Patsi’s red hat to support wonderful programs in Cathedral City. This month’s funds will go towards helping several Cathedral City families that need financial assistance during the holidays. CCPFA will donate their own additional funds to the money raised through the dinner so several less fortunate families can enjoy a holiday filled with toys and presents.
The next “Dinner with Patsi” will occur on Wednesday, December 14th from 5 pm to 8 pm at El Portal Mexican Restaurant, 32235 Date Palm Drive. Money donated in December will go to the Boys and Girls Club of Cathedral City.
