Police Chief George Crum Ceremonially Takes the Oath of Office
At last night’s special city council meeting, newly appointed Police Chief Crum participated in a ceremonial swearing-in by taking the “Oath of Office” in front a standing room only crowd.
Police Chief Crum was officially sworn in to office when his service began back in December.
Dignitaries in the room included current and retired police chiefs from Southern California, officers from both the Cathedral City Police Department as well as a large number of supporting officers from his former police department in Fullerton, California.
