In response to various difficulties encountered by seniors when scheduling their COVID-19 vaccine shots, Riverside University Health System (RUHS) is offering seniors the opportunity to call 2-1-1 on their telephones now and be placed on an Interested List. Once placed on the list, RUHS will contact those seniors and assist them with setting up an appointment to go to a vaccination clinic in their area once supplies are available.
Seniors age 65 years and older are now eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccination shot. For more information or to find locations on where to get the vaccination, go to: https://www.rivcoph.org/COVID-19-Vaccine or simply call 2-1-1.
