The producers of Cathedral City LGBT+ Days are thrilled to announce that chart-topping pop artist and American Idol alum David Archuleta will headline the event’s milestone 10th Anniversary, taking place March 3–9, 2026.
With the theme “CommUNITY Strong,” this year’s festival honors the resilience, diversity, and strength of the LGBT+ community in the Coachella Valley and beyond. As California’s first Pride event of the year, the 2026 celebration promises to be a powerful testament to standing together in solidarity and joy.
David Archuleta will take the main stage on Saturday, March 7th. Following his widely publicized journey of reconciling his faith with his identity, Archuleta has emerged as a beacon of authenticity. His recent anthem, “Hell Together,” and his vulnerable memoir work highlight the strength found in living one’s truth—a narrative that mirrors the “CommUNITY Strong” ethos.

The 10th Annual Cathedral City LGBT+ Days presented by Agua Caliente Casinos will feature a robust schedule of events running from March 3 through March 9, including:
- Cat City Drag Race competition
- Opening Ceremony with a Rally, Community Leaders, Proclamations, and the Pride Flag Raising at City Hall
- Pride Drone Show
- Festival (FREE before 4pm) inside the Cathedral City Community Amphitheater, with entertainment, food, drinks, vendors, and more
- Bed Race, Parade, and Vendor Marketplace
- Closing Party at Agua Caliente Casino with Devin & Ned
